I don't eat much fruit, so I am the queen of fruit free smoothies! I love them because they are easy, filling, and don't spike my blood sugar!

  • 1 inch cube raw beet, peeled
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/4 small avocado
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 2 tsp honey
On Top
  • Shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • walnuts
  • bee pollen
