Ingredients
  • 1/4c macadamia nuts or pine nutsI did some of each
  • 1/4 c sunflower seeds
  • 2/3c warmed dates
  • 1/2 c shredded coconut
  • 2tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1tbsp poppyseeds
  • 2tbsp coconut flour
  • 6tbsp coconut butter
  • 1tbsp lemon zest
  • 3tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
  1. put dates in hot water for 10 minutes to let them soften.
  2. combined everything in a food processor and process for about 4 minutes.
  3. roll into balls and put in the freezer to harden. They can be stored in the freezer or in the fridge.
