My coaching program will help you heal your relationships with food and your body. We will cultivate peace, balance and freedom around food AND your body. You will learn how to eat intuitively, in a way that serves your body’s specific needs. Let me help you navigate this road to health, by figuring out what is contributing to your symptoms or holding you back. You can break free from your bad habits and self critical mindset.
I believe that we are all unique individuals that require unique approaches to health and nutrition. No one food strategy is going to be right for everyone, this concept is known as bioindividuality and it reflects the fact that we are all fearfully and wonderfully made. I take a holistic approach to wellness meaning that we will address multiple areas of health, it’s not just about the food.
My goal is to create a loving, supportive environment that enables you to identify your unique health and wellness goals and make the lifestyle changes needed to reach those goals.
This program is a shorter version of my 6 Month Program which gives us enough time to focus on your primary concerns and desires. It’s perfect for those who are off to a good start on their health journey but need help implementing a few more goals.
In this program we will look at some of the aspects that make up your health, from stress management and happiness to nutrition and sleep. Together we will bring attention to the areas that need most improvement first and will focus on your top 3 to 5 goals. Through goal setting and creating actionable steps you will gradually make positive changes to reach those goals. Over time, with my support and accountability, we will creating healthy habits that are sustainable and become part of your desired lifestyle.
This is the most comprehensive and effective program of all, taking into consideration all the elements of a healthy lifestyle. It’s perfect for those who aren’t sure where to start and have multiple goals they want to accomplish.
We will work together to implement small regular changes to your food and lifestyle, taking into account all areas of your life including: relationships, home environment, body movement, self-care, finances, career, social life, joy, spirituality, creativity, education, health and home cooking.
In these 6 months we will create specific, attainable goals and actionable steps to help you accomplish them. We are able to address any road blocks that happen to present themselves and strategically navigate your health journey.
A single strategy session is perfect for someone who’s already been focused on their health for a while and feel like they have a solid handle on things but just need help with THAT ONE THING. It may not be huge or life-changing , but it’s nagging and you’re ready to address it and move forward. You are ready for a health coach with some tools and support to step in and help you find clarity in it.
